Recognizing that our efforts are more than the sum of their parts, Kaiser Permanente, End Time Harvest Ministries, the Port Towns Community Development Corporation, the Anacostia Trails Heritage Authority (ATHA), the Anacostia Watershed Society, the Maryland National Capital Parks and Planning Commission and the towns of Bladensburg, Colmar Manor, Cottage City, and Edmonston have come together to form the Community Health Partnership.  We all know that healthy communities have well-preserved natural environments, attractive and inviting built environments, a positive social consciousness, and significant economic growth.  To promote and facilitate this partnership, help create a healthier Port Towns, as well as provide healthy games and activities, this year's Port Towns Day has been themed "Destination Health"
